Description: HORMEST® FLOW 120 is a new generation superplasticizer based on ethereal polycarboxylate (PCE) polymers developed by GRUPO PUMA Algeria. Designed to offer exceptional water reduction and perfect rheology, it considerably improves the placing, pumping and quality of concrete, whether in a BPE plant or on site. Advantages: Excellent fluidity and workability of concrete Significant water reduction without loss of strength Prolonged maintenance of rheology without delay in setting Less sticky and more homogeneous concrete High mechanical resistance in the short and long term Reduction of permeability and risk of cracking Improved surface finish Ideal for self-compacting and pumpable concrete over long distances
الاستخدامات
- Dosage : 0,2 à 2,0 du poids du ciment soit 0,18 à 1,80 L pour 100 kg de ciment
- Mode d'emploi : bien homogénéiser le produit avant chaque utilisation, ne pas verser le produit directement sur les granulats ou dans un malaxeur à sec
- Précautions : ne pas utiliser dans des températures inférieures à 5°C ou supérieures à 40°C
- Stockage : jusqu'à 1 an dans l'emballage d'origine hermétiquement fermé, à l'abri de l'intempérie
