Sika MonoTop®-4012

Sika MonoTop®-4012 is a ready-to-mix, fiber-reinforced, low-shrinkage, one-component repair mortar. It is specially designed for structural and non-structural repairs of reinforced concrete. Thanks to the use of certain specific raw materials, its environmental impact is reduced, contributing to a reduction in the carbon footprint. The product can be applied manually or by spraying and generates low dust emissions during application. It is classified R4 according to standard NF EN 1504-3. The application thickness is between 6 and 100 mm per coat depending on the application method. Areas of application Sika MonoTop®-4012 is intended exclusively for use by experienced professionals. It is used for structural and non-structural repair, indoors and outdoors, of reinforced concrete elements in the following areas: Building Art and civil engineering structures Marine structures and dams The product is suitable for exposure environments XC1 to XC4, XD1 to XD3, XS1 to XS3, XF1 and XF3, XA1 to XA3 in accordance with standard EN 206.
