PPG SIGMAFAST 278 GREY (BAS + HRD)

SIGMAFAST 278 GRAY is a two-component, high solids epoxy primer/intermediate, pigmented with zinc phosphate. Designed for anti-corrosion protection systems, it offers excellent atmospheric resistance and can be applied in a wide range of conditions, even at low temperatures. Main features Use: Primer or intermediate for anti-corrosion protection systems. Excellent resistance to corrosion in atmospheric exposure. Polymerization down to -5°C (23°F), allowing application in cold conditions. Quick drying in the workshop, for faster commissioning. Easy application with an airless gun. Wide range of application on steel. ACQPA 27752 certified, guaranteeing compliance with industrial standards. Important notes: Epoxy coatings may chalk or discolor under UV, high temperature or chemical exposure without affecting corrosion protection. Light colors may darken over time and differences in color may appear between batches. For a lasting aesthetic result, it is recommended to add a UV stable topcoat in visible areas.
