PPG SIGMAZINC 102 HS – Base Gray (BAS + HRD)

PPG SIGMAZINC 102 HS is a zinc-rich, high solids epoxy primer, specially formulated to provide maximum anti-corrosion protection on raw steel. The system consists of a base (BAS Grey) and a hardener (HRD), guaranteeing a durable, resistant film that complies with international anti-corrosion protection standards. Main features Very high zinc content, ensuring exceptional galvanic protection. Excellent anti-corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments. High solids (HS) epoxy technology reduces emissions and product losses. Fast drying and accelerated commissioning. Ideal as a primer for high performance multi-layer systems. Meets the requirements of ISO 12944 for high corrosivity categories. Excellent adhesion on sandblasted steel. Two-component system: BAS Gray + HRD. Acier recouvert d'un primaire d'atelier zinc silicate ; balayage à l'abrasif jusqu'à SPSS-Ss
La température du support pendant l'application et le séchage doit être supérieure à 5°C
Rapport de dosage en volume : base 80% - durcisseur 20%
