Pegoland® Uno C1 is a high-strength cement-based adhesive mortar, formulated with sieved aggregates, adjuvants and synthetic resins. It offers excellent workability, great adhesion power and is particularly suitable for laying ceramic tiles with medium to high absorption on conventional cement-based supports. COMPOSITION High strength cement Selected aggregates Specific adjuvants Synthetic resins FIELDS OF EMPLOYMENT Installation of interior and exterior coverings Medium-high absorption ceramic tile bonding Conventional cement-based supports FEATURES AND BENEFITS Good maneuverability Strong adhesion Easy application Suitable for indoor and outdoor conditions Compatible with common cementitious supports ELIGIBLE SUPPORTS Cement-based supports Cement screeds and slabs Resistant, stable and correctly prepared supports The supports must be: Clean and dust-free No residue of oil, form release agents or organic products Plans and regulars Do not apply to: Plaster Painted supports PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE Any irregularity must be corrected before installation Defects up to 5 mm can be corrected with the same product 48 hours before gluing For greater thicknesses: Floors: use NIVELAND 10R or PAVILAND RECRECIDO AUTONIVELANTE Walls: use mortars with sufficient tensile strength, perfectly hardened and without active shrinkage In hot, windy weather or on very absorbent surfaces: Lightly moisten the support Wait for any film of water to disappear Outdoors: The support must have a slope of 1% IMPLEMENTATION Add clean water to the mortar and mix manually or mechanically until you obtain a homogeneous and workable paste. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then mix again Apply the product to the support using a smoother over a maximum area of 2 m² Comb with a toothed straightener to obtain the appropriate thickness Place the tiles on the fresh adhesive using pressure and a slight movement.
