Sikaflex® PRO-11 FC – Multi-Purpose Polyurethane Sealant (Gluing & Grouting)

Sikaflex® PRO-11 FC is a one-component, permanently elastic polyurethane adhesive sealant designed for grouting, waterproofing, and bonding in construction applications. It combines excellent grip, great movement capacity and high mechanical resistance, even in difficult conditions. Main applications Facade joints, connection joints and expansion Waterproofing and bonding of construction elements Gluing plinths, steps, prefabricated elements Grouting around doors, windows, frames Joints in concrete, mortar, stone, wood, metal, rigid PVC Interior and exterior applications Properties / Advantages – Very good adhesion on most surfaces – Elastic polyurethane: absorbs shocks and vibrations – Excellent weather and UV resistance – Can be painted after polymerization – Easy to apply, good thixotropy (does not flow) – Fast and durable polymerization – High mechanical resistance General characteristics Base: one-component polyurethane Consistency: thixotropic/paste Shore A hardness: ~40 (according to technical data sheet) Allowable movement: approx. 25% Skin formation time: 60–90 min (depending on temperature) Polymerization: ~3–4 mm / 24 h Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C Colors: gray, white, black (subject to availability) Preparation of the support Clean, dry surface, free of dust or particles Recommended primer on porous surfaces according to SIKA guide Respect of joint dimensions for optimal performance Method of application Open cartridge and install cannula. Apply with a manual or pneumatic spray gun. Smooth the joint before skin formation. Protect from runoff and rain for the first few hours. Packaging 300 ml or 310 ml cartridges (subject to availability) Storage 12 months in original packaging, protected from heat and humidity.
